I'm a health services researcher, writer, and educator working across geriatrics and long-term care services, health policy, and the well-being of low-wage health care workers.  My work primarily focuses on the structure and delivery of home care services, and how this overlooked and underfunded sector can be improved for front-line workers and the people they care for.
